just finished my stay here ! 100% worth the money! like you say you get what you pay for ! beds are cozy kitchen area is clean, easy system to work with, service is amazing, and helpful. i really enjoyed my stay here ! will 100% be back
Rooms are nice, reception service leaves much to be desired. Some loose tiles and floorboard in the room might annoy those in the room below. Very close to the railway, trains didn't keep me awake but might do for a light sleeper
The room was actually very good, had everything I needed, only thing that wasn't right at all ,btw i was in room 205, was that the flat tv was fitted to a non adjusting wall bracket so from the bed I had to look at a TV that was fixed facing the corner of the room. Really annoying and made no sense at all.. please install an adjustable wall bracket, they are cheap to buy and would be much appreciated by the customer. Also, the walls are extra thin I could hear the neighbours talking and not loud, would be good to add abit more sound proofing for privacy. Room was clean , bed abit lumpy but for the price
For the money we paid at short notice, £34 on a Sunday night, this place was absolutely grand! It came with even a microwave, cutlery, glasses etc, great shower, a smart TV, internet! The guy on the night staff was a gentleman and it was a great bed, clean towels, washing up liquid in the room, a lot of small details were really taken care off! Thank you!
Had a brilliant stay here at an affordable price. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help, even providing a spare heater for the room. The ro was spacious with a spare room for my son to stay in which he loved as it gave him his own space. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of room with towels provided and the kitchen area was perfect for a short stay, providing microwave, cutlery, plates and bowls. Overnight was quiet apart from the occasionally train however this did not affect the quality of sleep we all got. If you're a smoker then there's plenty of space to go outside to smoke. The only down side to the stay was the free WiFi provided, it took a while to get the devices connected and would occasionally be slow to load sites etc. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.
I’ve been here almost 3 months with my two children. When I heard I had a tumor operation the hotel manager Alexandra has been very helpful and supportive with the whole situation. Moved my room for easier access and ensured I had everything. I couldn’t have asked for more going Through what im going through. Thanks for everything Alexandra.
We stayed for two nights, having driven from Scotland. Very nice management and staff. Room good. Covid safe. This small hotel is in a good location for getting into London. Recommended for stopovers and short stays.
My family and I stayed for four nights in December. We had a lovely time and was everything we hoped for. We had three of the rooms booked between us and it was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Karen was very welcoming and helpful. Superb
